Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout and based on the amount of products you order and the destination country. All packages will be shipped from Sweden with DHL Express. We've selected this service because they have a great track record and they deliver the faster and with more care and with tracking.
Import fees
Each country has different rules and regulations on import fees and tariffs. We recommend researching your countries specific rules for importing packages from Sweden. Note: UK, Canada and South American countries always charge import fees. You (the buyer) are responsible for the import fees.
RETURN POLICY

1.1. You may return items purchased from Squidmar.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, you need a proof of purchase. Your items must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2.2. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
3. Refunds
3.1. Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund.

4.1. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as described above, and then place a new order for the desired item.

2.4. Shipping Brushes to the U.S
Customers residing in the U.S. must have a valid U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (FWS) License and a CITES form, when purchasing our Kolinsky sable paint brushes.
2.4.1 CITES Form: A CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species) form is required for specific products to comply with international wildlife trade laws.
2.4.2 Responsibility of Documents: Failure to provide valid documentation may result in order delays and may cause U.S customs to destroy, refuse or delay the order.
2.4.3 Customer Responsibility: All costs and fees related to acquiring these documents are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any delays, destruction of products or cancellations due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
3. Returns and Refunds
3.1. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it to initiate a return.
3.2. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

4.1. Our products' intended use is as merchandise for the Squidmar YouTube channel, and our brushes and miniatures are intended for miniature modeling purposes.
4.2. Please follow any instructions or guidelines provided with our products for their safe and effective use.
4.3. All our miniatures are sold unassembled and unpainted.
